Deposits & Rates

Full tarriff must be paid 8 weeks in advance

Adult rates apply to persons above 15 years of age

Child rates apply to guests aged 2 to 15 years

Children under 2 years are free of charge

Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard or direct deposit

Cheques & money orders are not accepted

Tarriffs are not refundable if you choose to cut your stay short
Bonds
-
A credit card pre-authorisation or a bond of $300 in cash is required for all accommodation bookings

Site bookings require a $50 cash bond for the issue of a boom gate remote control

Site bookings with dogs will need a $50 cash bond on arrival
Check-in & Check-out

Reception hours are 8am to 6pm
-
Guests arriving outside of these times must contact park reception during opening hours to make alternate arrangements

Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or by 10am the following day will forfeit all monies paid

Check-in time is from 3pm

Check-out time is 10am, late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge subject to availabity

Accommodation units are serviced on departure only, unless prior arrangement has been made
Pets/dogs
In order to ensure the comfort, enjoyment and safety of all guests staying with us we have established a set of clear rules to ensure that all dog owners take responsibility in regards to the actions and behaviour of their dogs. Please be aware that if you fail to adhere to these rules you will be asked to leave the park immediately without refund.

Dogs must be registered and desexed.

Only one dog is allowed per site.

The dog must be leashed (leash must be no more than 2 metres in length) at all times while not in your van or tent.

The dog must be supervised at all times and never left unattended including inside a tent or van.

Dogs are not allowed in any common areas of the park including camp kitchen, pool area, amenities, playground or any public areas.

Dogs, and any dog related accessories, must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the park.

Dogs may only be walked in the designated areas of the park.

Dog owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog's waste.

Dog owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions by or because of their dog.

Management reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive, aggressive or is the the subject of complaints from other guests.

Behaviour
We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be:

behaving in a socially unacceptable way;

causing damage;
-
disturbing other guests;
-
using unacceptable language or
-
otherwise breaking park guidelines.

No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:
- not be the person named on the booking
-
not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card
-
not be able to pay for any charges
-
may cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests
-
may exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour
-
be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age
-
be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal

Cancellation Policy
Changes for stays during peak season must be made more than 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will incurr a $50 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made within 60 days of arrival, tariff paid will be forfeited. Cancellations at other times can be made up to 2 days prior to arrival and will result in the forfeit of the first nights tariff.
Your booking is for a set time and, once confirmed, any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy. Cancellations must be made in writing. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you consider taking out domestic travel insurance.
